Where do I host the images?

Upload the shoot's images to Sirv (one folder per brand).
In Sirv, open an image and copy its direct URL — it looks like https://…sirv.com/folder/image.jpg.
Paste those URLs into the fields here. Spin frames keep their _r01_t01 naming from the studio.

How do I publish the finished page?

Click Download index.html.
On your computer, keep one folder called pvs-demos. Inside it, make a folder named after the brand (e.g. acme) and put the downloaded index.html in it.
Log in to Cloudflare → Workers & Pages → the pvs-demos project → Create new deployment → drag the whole pvs-demos folder in.
The demo is live at …/acme/. Always drag the whole folder (it replaces everything), so keep every demo's folder inside it.

Live preview — images load straight from the URLs you paste, so anything broken here will be broken on the real page too.
